Gestão diagnóstica das hemoculturas nas fases pré-analítica e pós-analítica: revisão de escopo

Introdução: A gestão diagnóstica utiliza melhor os recursos de saúde gerando cuidados seguros aos pacientes. Suas intervenções concentram-se em testes que são os principais impulsionadores do uso dos antimicrobianos, assim claramente relevantes na prática das hemoculturas. Delineamento: Revisão de escopo segundo Joanna Briggs Institute com acrônimo PCC (P (participantes) -Profissionais de saúde, C (Conceito)- Condutas pré-analítica e pós-analítica das hemoculturas e C (contexto)- pacientes com infecção da corrente sanguínea. Realizou-se nas bases de dados MEDLINE, SCOPUS, EMBASE, LILACS e literatura cinzenta BDTD correlacionando os descritores “Hemocultura”, “Infecção da Corrente Sanguínea”, “Bacteremia”, “Sepse”, “Fase Pré-Analítica” e “Valores Críticos Laboratoriais”. A coleta de dados foi realizada no dia 08 de maio de 2024 sem filtro de idioma ou datas. Os dados extraídos foram analisados e sintetizados de forma narrativa. Resultados: A busca nas bases gerou um total de 164 estudos, dos quais 22 atenderam ao objetivo da pesquisa. Foi possível realizar uma síntese das condutas das fases pré-analítica e pós-analítica e respectivas estratégias encontradas para alcançar melhorias no processo das hemoculturas. Implicações: O estudo identifica as condutas adotadas pelos profissionais da saúde na fase pré-analítica e pós- analítica das hemoculturas que contribuíram com os princípios da gestão diagnóstica.
