Abstract

This article puts side by side a set of indigenous and peasant teachings referring to the ways of growing life at ground level. It states that the form of time is the form of growth from the soil and from the soil: it occurs in turns or knots. When history is told, when life is cared for, and when the shape of the world is assured, the interpenetration of history and soil is noticeable. It is made up of six turns that show the ways of counting, growing, dancing, fighting, origin and securing this world.
